Terms & Conditions

1. If Dealer Points are not given to the dealer within 3 months, they will expire.

   • For Distributors: Dealer Points expire 3 months after being issued.

   • For Dealers: Once received, Dealer Points do not expire.

2. This scheme is applicable only on the sale of Antifreeze® Pipes and Duromax Pro+ PPR Pipes.

3. Prizes can be exchanged for a Credit Note (GST included) instead of the gift.

4. This scheme can only be availed of once per customer. Multiple claims by the same customer will not be accepted.

5. 10% TDS will be deducted as per Section 194R of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

6. In case of any fake or unverifiable claims, all reward points will be forfeited.

7. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the scheme at any time without prior notice.

8. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
