Terms & Conditions

1. If Plumber Points are not given to the Plumber within 3 months, they will expire.

   • For Distributors/ Dealer: Plumber Points expire 3 months after being issued.

   • For Plumber: Once received, Plumber Points do not expire.

   After expiry, they will be removed from wallet.

2. Applicable only on the sale of Antifreeze® Pipe and Fittings.

3. The plumber must be registered in the Duromax Saathi App and linked to an authorised dealer/distributor.

4. Gifts will be distributed only after proper verification of sales and plumber credentials.

5. If a plumber is found to be fake or fraudulent, all reward points will be forfeited.

6. Gifts are subject to availability. If unavailable, an item of similar value may be provided.

7. The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the scheme at any time without prior notice.

8. The Company’s decision will be final and binding in case of any dispute.
