Eligibility Period & Points Validity:
- Only points collected up to 31st March 2026 will be eligible for redemption under the current reward scheme.
- On 1st April 2027, all point balances will be reset to zero, and gifts will be distributed against the points accumulated till 31st March 2026.
Applicable Products:
- Reward points are applicable only on the sale of Antifreeze® Pipes and Fittings.
Plumber Registration:
- The plumber must be registered in the Antifreeze Club App, available on the App Store.
Verification & Redemption:
- Gifts will be issued only after successful verification of sales data and plumber credentials.
Fraudulent Activity:
- If any plumber is found to be fake or involved in fraudulent activity, all reward points will be forfeited without notice.
Tax Deducted at Source (TDS):
- TDS, if applicable, shall be borne and paid by the registered person (plumber) against the gift received.
Gift Availability:
- Gifts are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, an item of equivalent value may be provided at the company’s discretion.
Scheme Changes:
- The company reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the scheme at any time without prior notice.
Final Authority:
- In case of any dispute, the Company’s decision will be final and binding.
