Installation of DUROMAX PP-R Pipes
1. Heat the welding machine at 260°C. Then heat both pipe and fitting for the time mentioned in table below.
2. After the heating period is finished, remove both pipe and fittings and then couple them together by inserting pipe inside the fittings for the marked length with gentle and uniform pressure. Do not rotate the components. After this, check the axis alignment of both components.

3. After Sucessfull Joint make sure not to move the pipe or fitting too much which causes joint to more. This can weaken the joint. Make sure you give enough cooling time (mentioned in table below) for good joint.
